Returns / Exchanges Policy

We want our valued customers to be satisfied with what they have purchased. If you are dissatisfied with anything and wish to return a product, please send us an email with the details of the item within 7 working days. We will arrange for a courier to collect it from you. Please note you will be liable for the courier fee if returning goods that are not damaged or defective.

We do not accept any returns if the jewellery has been worked on or resized. Earrings are also not accepted as a return, for hygienic reasons.

We have a no cash refunds policy but you are welcome to exchange the items purchased, provided that they are unused and in the original packaging.

If items are found to be damaged or defective upon arrival to you, we will replace the items or refund the price paid by you including delivery charges paid, provided that you have not used or damaged the items.

I Heart Silver reserves the right to charge a 10% administration fee on refunds for unsuitable items.

I Heart Silver offers no guarantee or warranty on our products, unless otherwise specified.
